READ THIS BEFORE CONTINUING PLEASE. This is the registration form for the OI 27th Annual Conference. Once you complete the fields below, you will be brought to another screen where you enter your name and email again as an attendee (unavoidable part of this automated system - apologies for the duplication). You will then have a chance to select which dinners and special events you want to attend. There are no additional charges for these events but space at some of them is limited. Moreover, we will base our catering orders on your answers to these questions. Please consider this when completing the form and help us accommodate the maximum number of people as well as avoid food waste.
